2/20/2021 9:15 am - Identified a few frozen lines and have assistance from Oklahoma Rural Water Association and DEQ to aid in walking lines to identify issues so repairs can be made.  Operators continue to work onsite to restore service to customers.  

UPDATE: 10:15 am - Found a 20,000 gallon per day leak in Wildcat area. Woodhaven plant is frozen and operators have connected Chicken Creek to Woodhaven.  Service should improve in the Wildcat and Woodhaven areas today.
