Customers may continue to experience low water pressure to no water as operators work to restore service to all areas as quickly as possible.  As of now (2/18/2021 12:30 pm), service in the Lakewood and Chicken Creek areas have been restored.  The lake pump in the Woodhaven area has frozen and is affecting customers in that area.

We are experiencing issues at the Wildcat tower and operators are working diligently to restore service for those customers but unfortunately do not expect the issue to be resolved today.  We will post updates as we receive more information from the operators.
